they greatly helped to craft the cinematic image of post-Independent India, In true sense, it will be rightly to call Dilip Kumar as the father of Modern Bollywood, as he was one of those rare artists who have
lot to do in determining what Bollywood stands today.
He was truly a versatile actor, w hat made him a class apart from other Bollywood heros of that era, the variety of roles he played with ease from tragedy to light comedy,
he was a "Method" actor (a style he pioneered), he had started exhibiting the versatility from the very beginning of his film career when he starred in Bollywood in mid-1940,
his contemporaries stars of Bollywood of that Era Raj Kapoor and Devanand, lacked this art of versatility of acting what Diip kumar hd shown.

Dilip Kumar was a multifaceted person with towering intellect and an unparalleled brilliance in the mastery of acting with the linguistic sophistry, he was exceptionally good at the art of
dialogue delivery, he was a handsome, extremely suave, a gentleman with a great heart, who was also writer, occasional singer and an avid philanthropist, known as the champion of communal harmony and a responsible
citizen who will respect all religions.
Dilip Kumar's secular beliefs will spring straight from his heart and his respect for all religions, castes, communities and creeds, he was as well-versed with the Holy Quran as with the Bhagavad Gita and could
recite verses from his memory.
Supporting social causes were very dear to his heart, In his professional and personal life, he always maintained a certain professional grace and dignity which lasted till the end.

else in the world, Money part comes later, hence he selected films for good roles very carefully where he will be able to give a social message through his films, which only increased his stature in the fiercely
competitive film industry.

I want to go back to the memories of my olden days in UAE and thought of sharing them here, During the 1970's -1980's when Amitabh Bachchan had just entered Bollywood with few super Box office success films to

without any description which is amply displayed in KBC TV show.
AMITABH BACHCHAN AN EVERLASTING ICON:
To an extent, a lot of Amitabh Bachchan’s success can be attributed to the manner in which he has adjusted to the changing times, something his contemporary famous actors of that era like Rajesh Khanna, failed
to do so and paid the price for, Rajesh Khanna who was dubbed as the "First Superstar of Indian cinema, with the release of his film Aradhana(1969), even Vinod Khanna lost the race due to his stint at Osho
ashram at a time when he was doing very well and could have given Amitabh a run for his money
Amitabh also had his bad professional phase, but he is back at the pinnacle of success - as an actor, a brand ambassador in everything from cement to mobile phone to Bhujia snacks.
Amitabh has had a 22-year long association with Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), which he has been hosting since 2000, KBC has definitely elevated him from superstardom to ubiquity, which has made him a household
name across generations and geographies, this latest KBC show which started on 7th aug 2022 will be his 14th show as as a host.

But since the year 2000 when Mohabbatein was released and iconic Hindi TV show kaun banega Crorepati(KBC) was launched, the significance of Amitabh has only increased with the passage of time.
I end this by saluting a man who has kept us entertained through many memorable film with his versatile roles and baritone voice, even after several decades we will still like to see Amitabh Bachchan, The
Shahanshah of Bollywood,
In the year 2022,on 11th October, Amitabh Bachchan will be celebrating his 80h year birthday, still he continues to be India's most famous and recognised star, at this age when most stars retire or fade away,
but he continues to show his presence through his films, Iconic TV shows and advertisements, he deserves all respects for the work he has done and continue to do so as an actor, TV host, commercial advertising
and as a brand ambassador.
He is a man who has learnt to power through defeat, and continues to show grace under duress, to an extent, lot of Amitabh Bachchan's success can be attributed to the manner in which he adjusted to the
changing times, something his contemporary famous actors of that era stars like Rajesh Khanna failed to do and paid the price for and went into oblivion.
Even though Amitabh Bachchan is one of the biggest film stars of the Indian cinema, a man of evident decent instincts, who in spite of reaching to the zenith of success through defeat, and continues to show
grace under duress, yet he has not forgotten to be a fine human being even after reaching super-stardom and and continues to maintains a dignified humility, he is still so humble and politeness is his forte,
which he has amply displayed in KBC TV show.
Amitabh Bachchan fans love him so much that even some of his movies lasting over three hours, have audiences begging for more: one could never have enough of him.
Amitabh Bachchan's legacy that can never be replaced, his legacy is his iconic films, which even now his fans will like to see his film five decades after their release, his deep, rich voice baritone voice
which has produced some of the most powerful, popular and unforgettable dialogues in the Hindi film industry.
May actors become successful, many become memorable with their unforgettable performance, and few becomes legends, but there could be only one Mega Star of Millennium Amitabh Bachchan".
I wish Amitabh Bachchan the only Mega Star of the Millennium a very healthy, happy and long filming life, it is really nice to see a man in 80 still active in demanding profession like acting, there never was
and never will be another Actor like Amitabh Bachchan in the Indian cinema in the long time to come--he is truly the Shehanhah of Indian cinema and will remain so.

Sir, Legendary film star Sanjeev Kumar who passed away at young age of 47 years(1936-1985), he was one of the versatile actor of the Bollywood, who shined among the stars and will be best remembered as the most talented actor of his time,
He was very famous star in the 60's and 70's and very popular for bringing offbeat characters to life, His real name was Harihar jethala Jariwala, was popularly known in the film industry as "Haribhai",
with his short span of 25 years in the film industry, he acted in 153 films, where he used to invest heavily in the character he used to play with unique charm.
Before entering film industry, he had displayed his citing talent as a stage artist, infact he had started his acting career as a stage artist with IPTA in Mumbai, where played variety of roles, at young age
of 22 years, he especially demonstrated his acting talent when he played an old man's role at stage.
Sanjeev Kumar, was probably the best mainstream actor, Bollywood has ever seen so far. He was a multi faceted actor, who could play variety of roles, from romantic, comic as well as intense serious role at
ease, Sanjeev Kumar was known for his Iconic roles, which he displayed in films like Sholy, Shikar, Pati Patni Aur Woh etc.
He was regarded as one of the finest actor of all times, but his stellar performance came in the epic movie "Sholay", when even after a decade of its release "Sholay", cinema houses were still running house full,
unfortunately its main star vengeful Thakur Baldev singh (Sanjeev Kumar) called its quits and left for eternity, but even today, after more than 25 years after his demise, sheer range of landmark roles he
essayed in Hindi cinema were unparalleled from any standard, In his memorable role in "Sholay", he performed the role of policeman and a Thakur, in this movie with his superb performance and an arm amputated,
he even overshadowed Amitabh Bacahan, Dharmender and Amjad Khan, Sanjeev Kumar's another cinematic landmark role was in the film Vidhaata where thespian Dilip Kumar was in the lead role.
If there was an actor in Bollywood, who defied versatility in acting,it was late Sanjeev kumar who had inspired the film writers to create a character for himself, Sanjeev Kumar was an actor par excellence,
who performed effortlessly even most difficult roles with ease and will gave sterling performance, he played the role of Police officer Thakur Baldev Singh in the Epic movie "Sholay" or double comic double
role in Angoor which brought all round laurels for his performance, Sanjeev Kumar was a superb classical actor who dared to do the roles of even old man when the hero of that film being close to his age or even
younger, but Sanjeev Kumar's displayed total commitment to his roles irrespective of whether his roles were small or big, it was something that had put him in a class apart from his contemporaries in Bollywood,
He belonged to those great breed of actors, who once go before camera, he will become the character himself to give the best of artistic performance,
He was a multifaceted star who is still remembered for playing a variety of roles on big screen, from being Amitabh Bachchan's father in 'Trishul' to the husband of his former beloved Rekha in 'Silsila', Sanjeev
Kumar, The actor played romantic as well as serious roles with an ease,It's so ironic that the man who played so many superb characters with grey hair and played the role of old man's in many superbly
hit films, did not live enough to be old and died young from any standard at the young age of 47.
The eminent actor had won many laurels in his life time for his outstanding contribution to the field of Indian Cinema.
Film fare Award for Best Actor: He won the award for Aandhi (1976) and for Arjun Pandit (1977)
National Film Award for Best Actor: He won this award in for Dastak (1971) and for Koshish(1973)
Cine goers Council: (Delhi) film Awards (1975).
BFJA Best Actor: He won the award for his film Koshish (1974)
Naval Stars Awards:Shanoo Varun Trophy (1969).
Even after more than three decades of his demise, his memories are still afresh in the mind of cinema lovers, even today he rules over the minds and heart of his fans, who throng to cinema halls whenever his
films are shown.
With his demise, the golden era of classical movies actors has come to an end, it is fair to say that his death is a irreparable loss to world of cinema and his legacy of classical movies will continue to
entertain us for time to come.
